About This Review

This is a review lesson in the ACIM Workbook. Review lessons revisit earlier ideas, allowing them to deepen and integrate into your awareness. Each review period is an opportunity to see these ideas with fresh eyes and a more receptive mind.

Practice Guidance

The review lessons are designed to consolidate the ideas you've been practicing. Spend time with each idea being reviewed, letting it settle more deeply than before. You may notice that ideas which seemed abstract or difficult when you first encountered them now carry a different quality.

Don't rush through the review. Each idea deserves your full, unhurried attention. You might find that your understanding has shifted in subtle ways since you first practiced these lessons.

Contemplation

As you review, notice which ideas resonate more strongly now than they did initially. This natural deepening is part of the workbook's design — each review builds on the foundation of daily practice.

From Walking the Workbook

Beloved, the fifth review continues, framed by the central thought God is but Love, and therefore so am I.

Today's pair: There is no death. The Son of God is free. Now are we one with Him Who is our Source.

Two of the Workbook's strongest claims about what is true at the level the Course is concerned with.

For today. Read the review in the Workbook. Sit briefly with both ideas. Return to the central thought as the day unfolds.

A musical companion to today's lesson is available below.

Walking the Workbook, Volume Two is the ACIM.live companion for Lessons 121 through 240 — the middle third of the year, including the central forgiveness lessons and the closing of Part I. Read more about the book →
